I have not received my ticket confirmation?
If you have not received your tickets 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact the team by emailing info@trinity-scares.co.uk
Will the actors touch me?
Some of the actors may brush you or touch you for safety however, they will not grab you using force. Our actors are NOT to be touched by members of the public at any stage. If you grab or touch the actors, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
What should I wear?
This experience includes inside and outside elements and will run in all weather's. Please wrap up warm and be comfortable. We suggest a sturdy pair of shoes or Wellingtons as the ground may be muddy.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please bring your ticket confirmation to be scanned at the gate along with ID as the team may ask to see it. Please do not feel offended by this. Failure to provide ID may stop you from taking part in the experience which is non refundable.
Is Trinity Scares accessible?
The event takes place across uneven terrain and that the mazes contain darkness, uneven surfaces, different levels and physically demanding elements.
If you have specific accessibility requirements and would like to discuss them before booking, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to advise.
Do I need to bring ID?
Please bring ID with you as the team may ask to see it on arrival. We also operate a challenge 25 policy at the bar.
Can I bring a camera?
We are happy for customers to take photos on mobile devices within the safe zone however please leave the professional cameras at home along with selfie sticks. There is strictly no photography in the mazes.
Can I bring a torch?
You can bring a torch for the safe zone however this will be well lit. you may find a tourch useful whilst making your way across the car park. Whilst inside the mazes no torches are to be used, this will ruin the actors night vision and your experience.
Can I change the date of my booking?
We do allow booking to be changed however there is a £5.00 admin fee and subject to availability. Please email info@trinity-scares.co.uk With your booking details and the team will get back to you as soon as practical.
Are there refreshments available?
We have hot food and drink available on site along with a licensed bar. The bar will have a challange 25 policy so please do have your ID with you. We expect cash and card at the event.
What does my ticket price cover?
Tickets include:
- Entry to all three scare mazes
- Safe Zone access
- Live Halloween entertainment
- Walkabout scare actors
- Included sideshows and entertainment
- A whole evening of Halloween horror.
Optional pay-to-play attractions are also available and are not included in your standard admission ticket.
