Some of the actors may brush you or touch you for safety however they will not grab you using force. Our actors are NOT to be touched by members of the public at any stage. If you grab or touch the actors you will be asked to leave with no refund.

This experience includes inside and outside elements and will run in all weather's. Please wrap up warm and be comfortable. We suggest a sturdy pair of shoes or Wellingtons as the ground may be muddy.

Please bring your ticket confirmation to be scanned at the gate along with ID as the team may ask to see it. Please do not feel offended by this. Failure to provide ID may stop you from taking part in the experience and is non refundable.

The ground is uneven in places and there will be different levels to get to the next maze. Unfortunately due to the event ground we would suggest if you find it hard to walk any distance this is not the event for you.

Please bring ID with you as the team may ask to see it on arrival.

We are happy for customers to take photos on mobile devices however please leave the professional cameras at home along with selfie sticks. There is also no flash photography within the experience.

You can bring a torch for the safe zone however this will be well lit. Whilst in the experience no torches are to be used.

We do allow booking to be changed however there is a £5.00 admin fee and subject to availability. Please email info@trinity-scares.co.uk With your booking details and the team will get back to you as soon as practical.

If in smaller groups you maybe paired up with other victims. If coming as a larger group you will be split up to keep the intensity and to not ruin the scares. (Maximum group size of 10)

We have hot food and drink available on site along with a licensed bar. The bar will have a challange 21 policy so please do have your ID with you. We expect cash and card at the event.
